Keeping a hand-written practice while working full time
The obstacle is not time. Fifteen minutes is available to almost anyone. The obstacle is that hand-writing has no output — nothing to show, nothing to send, nothing to justify.
That is exactly why it works. A practice with no output is the only kind that survives a busy week, because it never competes with the work.
Start with one character. Write it twenty times, badly. Do not aim for the form; aim for the repetition. The form arrives on its own after a few hundred repetitions, and it arrives faster if you were not watching for it.
