Judgement
亨。密云不雨，自我西郊。
Success. Dense clouds, no rain — from my own western suburbs.
The Image
风行天上，小畜。君子以懿文德。
Wind moves across the sky: the small tames. So the superior man refines his outward form.
The Lines
复自道，何其咎？吉。
Return to the way. What blame? Good fortune.
“复自道”，其义“吉”也。
Return to the way: the meaning is auspicious.
牵复，吉。
Led back. Good fortune.
“牵复”在中，亦不自失也。
Led back, in the middle: he does not lose himself either.
舆说辐，夫妻反目。
The cart loses its spokes; husband and wife turn their eyes away.
“夫妻反目”，不能正室也。
Husband and wife turn their eyes away: the house cannot be set right.
有孚，血去惕出，无咎。
With sincerity, blood leaves and fear goes. No blame.
“有孚”“惕出”，上合志也。
Sincerity and fear leaving: the will joins above.
有孚挛如，富以其邻。
Sincerity bound like sinew; he enriches with his neighbours.
“有孚挛如”，不独富也。
Sincerity bound like sinew: riches are not held alone.
既雨既处，尚德载；妇贞厉，月几望；君子征凶。
The rain has fallen and rest is found; esteem is loaded like a wagon. For the wife, steadfastness is danger. The moon is nearly full; for the superior man to go is ill.
“既雨既处”，“德”积“载”也。“君子征凶”，有所疑也。
Rain and rest: virtue accumulates like a load. For the superior man to go is ill: there is doubt.
Reading
风过天际：有什么被轻轻按住，而按的还不足。小蓄、小制——此卦讲以不放代进来求进。浓云不下雨，考的是所有人的耐性，包括本该最有耐性的那个。
