Judgement
利贞，不家食，吉；利涉大川。
Furthered by steadfastness. Not eating at home is auspicious. It furthers one to cross the great water.

天在山中，大畜。君子以多识前言往行，以畜其德。
Within the mountain, heaven: the great tames. So the superior man learns much and keeps it in memory, to strengthen his character.
The Lines
有厉，利已。
There is danger; it furthers to stop.
“有厉，利已”，不犯灾也。
There is danger; it furthers to stop: he does not invite calamity.
舆说輹。
The cart loses its axle-tree.
“舆说輹”，中无尤也。
The cart loses its axle-tree: within, no fault.
良马逐，利艰贞。曰闲舆卫，利有攸往。
Good horses race; it furthers to stay steadfast in hardship. Rest the carriage and guard; it furthers to have somewhere to go.
“利有攸往”，上合志也。
It furthers to have somewhere to go: the will joins above.
童牛之牿，元吉。
The young ox’s hobble. Supreme good fortune.
六四“元吉”，有喜也。
The fourth’s supreme good fortune: there is cause for joy.
豮豕之牙，吉。
The gelded boar’s tusk. Good fortune.
六五之“吉”，有庆也。
The fifth’s good fortune: there is cause for celebration.
何天之衢，亨。
What a way — heaven’s highway. Success.
“何天之衢”，道大行也。
What a way — heaven’s highway: the way walks greatly.

天藏在山中：这是另一层次的蓄，与小畜不同。所蓄的不是货，是力——象是大车，载满了，随时可远行。到这个分量的自制，本身就是一种力。
